Business Analyst


About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing Business Analyst who will play an important role in our business by ensuring that our team has access to insights including how we can become more efficient and effective in delivering our products and services and making an impact for the community.

This role sits within the Business Services Team and will work closely with the Salesforce and Digital Leads and the Research team who will structure the evaluation for our impact.

The role is responsible for ensuring data is used to provide quality reporting internally to identify business improvements and delivery of internal KPIs. It will also undertake external reporting focusing on the impact that we have for the community.

The role is full time 1.0 FTE.

About you

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in extracting, analysing, interpreting and presenting customer data from Websites, CRM and other Digital Marketing Channels.

You are an experienced Business analyst with a mature outlook, strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.  You have a natural curiosity and a flair for developing reports and preparing information from both internal and external data sources to support business decisions.

Digital Marketing Designer


About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Designer to join our Housing Hub Engagement Team.

Reporting to the Engagement Manager, this role will be responsible for collaborating with the team to implement a Digital Marketing Strategy driving our online presence through social media channels, eDMs, our website and multi-channel campaigns. 

You are a resilient team player who enjoys working alongside a high performing, passionate crew, putting team success first.

About you

Your design experiences as well as your experience in taking a brief to produce creative solutions and innovative approaches will set you up for success in this role. You understand the importance of knowing and adapting your approach to both customers and internal stakeholders alike. 

Photoshop and engaging snappy copy are your go-to, with a reputation for insightful ideas and on brand creatives within a deadline. 

You can seamlessly switch between writing copy for socials, compiling recipients for eDMs, updating websites and communicating with stakeholders. Your team approach is to jump in and get things done. We have each other’s backs, all truly care about what we are achieving and know it takes a village.

What you need:

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps for Business
  • Experience in using content management systems and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience in use and management of asset libraries.
  • Experience creating written and visual content for Social Media
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
